Decrepitude
Decrepitude is a project that combines my love of jazz music, weird atmosphere, the 60’s and '“retro science fiction”. You play as Asher, a young boy being kidnapped in a far off mountain village in Idaho. Asher needs to survive learning new stealth abilities like the Chameleon ability to visually blend with the environment as he is physically weak.
Decrepitude world:
Decrepitude takes place in a world where cities stopped trusting governments after the population learned about a certain “Project Mel”, a nebulous universal government conspiracy build to help the world population after the Second World War. A journalist who mysteriously disappeared triggered the controversy. The Daily Telegraph, a newspaper based in the United Kingdom, reported the affair mentioning the disappearance of one of their journalists.
Asher:
Asher is one of the newborn, the generation of kids who’s birth has been hidden to government in order to avoid the mandatory microchip implant.
City Map: You see the world as the hero would including the city map which is hand drown, childish and cartoonish.
